Mindful Eating Diary

It's Sunday! I have done so well this weekend, I'm proud. I fought through bad cravings and made mindful choices all week and weekend. This morning I had a repeat breakfast of fruit and a half bagel with cream cheese. I need to pick up whole wheat bagels this week! I have been eating half bagels every so often for breakfast, they fill me up. I also need to pick up granola for my greek yogurt, I only like eating yogurt with crunchy things since the texture of yogurt bothers me... I've gotten better!

For lunch I grilled a wrap and threw a salad together. Simple and good!
