Weigh Day

Boom! So proud of myself this morning, I lost 5.6 lbs since last Friday's weigh in!! I doubled my personal goal of 2 lbs a week. I'm now down 23 lbs... only 8 lbs away from hitting my lowest weight in over 6 years, I can't wait!

A little NSV this morning was getting both arms flat on the mat in Pigeon Pose, both sides! I was thrilled!
