Weigh Day

Was a bit nervous since I felt a tad bloated this morning but... lost 3.6 lbs this week, new total of 36.2 lbs lost!! Woot!

I think the lunch yesterday helped with the bloating this morning, it was the first time I had eaten "out" in a long time. It was healthier as far as options go, but it was filled with sodium, even though it was a salad. I'm still super happy regardless! I'm getting back to my morning walks tomorrow morning, so I'm planning to kick some major butt next week!

My "15 Weeks till Xmas" challenge is doing great! I'm confident I will hit my 47 lb goal on Xmas day... if not more by how my weight is dropping each week.
