Another milestone hit!

This morning I decided to jump on the scale to see how much weight I went up after yesterday's 5k, normally after a long day of walking the day before, my legs are swollen and the scale goes up for a few days. So I was genuinely curious just how much it would go up, totally expecting to see a gain and not a loss... but I actually saw a 1 lb loss since Friday and I was to excited to wait till Friday to share... I hit 60 lbs lost this morning!!!

I am so excited, this was a big milestone for me because I actually reached the 250's!! I weighed in at 259.2. I will be working hard this week to either maintain that loss or push for more!
