Happy first walk of the year! I tried out a speed walking technique on my walk this evening and clearly it helped my speed. I nearly shaved off a whole minute from my last PR of 16:04. I did 15:12 on this walk and I'm very happy with that! It's not fast like most but I am happy with my progress completely. I doubt I could keep this pace up on a 5k but if I could, that would mean I could do a 45:36 race. This is something to work at for sure!
