March Goals

Not sure if I mentioned my March goals or not, but I'll do them again anyways hah! Starting a fresh new month is so fun for me, I love to set goals and "crush them" (spoken in a Russian accent)! I'm getting closer and closer to my second goal (lose 100 lbs, my first was to lose 50 lbs) and I'm getting so excited, some days when I think about how much I have lost already it hits me like a ton of bricks. This month, my goals are:

  • Reach 239 lbs by the end of the month
  • Lose 8 lbs or close to it
  • Beat my 5k PR of 51:10
  • Binge Free (I'm on a 6 day streak since tracking them!)
