I didn't get around to posting most of this week, I did really well with my eating though! Movement, eh, I did well but not 100%. Today is my first weigh in after getting back on track this week!
Down 1.6 lbs this week and I'm really pleased! I had some extra snacking snuck in this week and two Starbucks trips, so despite all that I'm thrilled!
I was really hoping to get some running in this week but my right knee has been swollen pretty bad all week, no idea what I did and when. So I'm trying to take it easy on that but I can walk so I'll stick to that.
